Responsibilities

• Lead US reinsurance purchasing process, coordinating placement and maintaining records.
• Collaborate on global program strategies and support the global head of Ceded.
• Oversee processes for ceded reinsurance treaty operation and management.
• Propose and implement improvements in ceded reinsurance processes.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across underwriting, claims, finance, actuarial, and exposure management.
• Ensure ceded programs are understood and reflected in processes and reporting.
• Coordinate responses to broker/reinsurer information requests.
• Review ceded reinsurance contract documentation for accuracy.
• Manage ad hoc ceded reinsurance projects as required.
