The role directs budgets, insurance programs, and loss prevention; partners with Operations, Legal, and Finance to reduce exposures and safeguard enterprise value. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years CRE, risk management required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and relevant experience in CRE/risk management.
• At least five years of progressive experience in commercial real estate, property management, lease administration, or asset management.
• Experience managing corporate risk, commercial insurance, claims, loss prevention, safety, or security programs in a multi-location organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of assigned commercial properties, vacant assets, and properties held for sale, including maintenance, security, market readiness, and vendor performance.
• Serve as the company’s principal representative for property-management matters and ensure contractual owner and landlord obligations are met.
• Administer leases, including critical dates, rent and CAM, tenant/landlord compliance, vacancy reporting, renewals, and other material provisions.
• Maintain property records, condition documentation, and an annual inspection program for properties and assets.
• Develop and monitor preventive-maintenance and capital-improvement plans; support leasing and disposition activities.
