Presbyterian Healthcare Services seeks a strategic, senior leader to head the Quality Institute. The Vice President will drive quality strategy, safety and performance excellence across Presbyterian Delivery System, partnering with executives, clinicians, and boards to achieve top-tier outcomes.

The role champions a culture of safety, continuous learning, and accountability, leveraging Lean, high reliability methods, and advanced analytics to improve clinical outcomes and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead quality, safety and performance improvement at an enterprise level.
• Experience with accreditation, regulatory readiness and infection prevention.
• Strong collaboration with boards, physicians, nurses and admin teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise quality strategy aligned with mission and priorities.
• Establish governance structures and lead quality governance across care settings.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness and risk management.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma and process improvement initiatives.
• Drive transparency with quality metrics, dashboards and performance reporting.
