Job summary

Humboldt Park Health in Chicago, IL seeks a Vice President of Quality to lead organizational clinical quality and patient safety. The VP will design and implement a comprehensive quality vision, work with senior leadership, and drive performance improvement across programs, infection prevention, and regulatory readiness.

The role requires a Master’s or Medical degree, RN license or equivalent, and at least five years of leadership in quality; strong communication and relationship-building skills

Qualifications

• Master’s or Medical degree required and RN license or equivalent.
• 5+ years of leadership in clinical quality improvement and patient safety.
• Strong knowledge of quality frameworks (IHC, IHI) and Lean systems.
• Proven ability to collaborate with physicians and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality, patient safety and performance improvement hospital-wide.
• Develop and implement comprehensive quality strategy and readiness for regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate PI projects and lead staff education on best practices.
