Job summary

Reducto, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to own high-impact, ambiguous initiatives across GTM, Engineering, and Product. You will shape new enterprise motions, drive data-driven programs, and partner with executives to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires building systems from first principles, delivering dashboards, and coordinating with teams in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and own projects end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in GTM Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, or BizOps at SaaS companies
• Built GTM/RevOps function from scratch or near-zero
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot
• Strong modeling, diagnosis, and explanation skills
• Translate ambiguous business needs into operational scaffolding
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with low ego and high ownership

Responsibilities

• Serve as operator and de facto owner for Reducto's highest-priority initiatives from ambiguity to measurable outcomes
• Partner with executive team on shifting priorities and new motions or pilots
• Design 0-to-1 workflows: define done, distinguish acceptable work, identify edge cases
• Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Product, GTM/Sales, and Operations
• Build dashboards, reporting, and lightweight analytics to track progress and priorities
• Identify inefficiencies and automate them while maintaining quality
• Prepare crisp updates for leadership and external partners
• Run multiple projects in parallel with rapid context-switching
