Children’s Institute, Inc. seeks a Vice President of Program Systems to lead clinical and program technology, including EHRs, analytics, data governance, and reporting.

You will shape the multi-year roadmap and drive system transformations across Behavioral Health & Wellness and Community Services. In this executive role, you’ll manage budgets, vendor relationships, change management, and ensure data privacy, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery through data-informed decision

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of leadership in healthcare systems and informatics.
• Experience leading large EHR implementations and migrations.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and training.
• Strong data governance, analytics, and performance management experience.

• Strategic leadership and governance for program systems, EHRs, analytics, and data management across BHCS operations.
• Develop and execute a multi-year Program Systems roadmap aligned with strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee enterprise data governance, reporting, and BI to inform executive decision-making.
• Lead budget planning, vendor management, and investments in technology and automation.
• Drive organizational change management, training, and user adoption during system transformations.
