Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Director of Clinical Systems Engineering to lead requirements elicitation across clinical, pharmacy, and revenue cycle teams. You will translate needs into clear specifications, manage complex data interfaces (HL7 v2, FHIR), and drive validation of reports and migrations.

The role requires heading a small technical team, ensuring HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance, and delivering enterprise-wide data solutions to support executive decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics or related field; master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured requirements elicitation with clinical, pharmacy, front office, and compliance stakeholders.
• Translate needs into functional/technical specs for build, test, and audit.
• Oversee interfaces and data exchange across applications (HL7 v2, FHIR, APIs).
• Develop and validate reports, data extracts, and dashboards.
• Coordinate migrations to target EHR platform and validate data integrity.
• Supervise and mentor two Clinical Applications Analysts.
