BCFS Health and Human Services seeks a strategic leader to oversee programmatic compliance, data management, and performance reporting across multiple programs. The role emphasizes governance, audits, and continuous improvement in a large, multi-site organization.

The Vice President will collaborate with executive leadership to standardize processes, drive data-driven decision making, and ensure adherence to federal and state regulations while promoting accountability and operational excellence.

Formación

• Master's degree in administration, business, psychology, social services or related field, or a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of overseeing compliance, data management, and reporting in a large multi-site organization.

Responsabilidades

• Provide organization-wide oversight to ensure programmatic compliance with federal/state regulations and contractual requirements.
• Establish data governance standards for accurate, complete, and timely documentation across programs.
• Develop and oversee standardized dashboards and reporting processes to monitor deliverables and outcomes.
• Lead organization-wide quality assurance initiatives, including audits and performance evaluations, for sustainable improvements.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align compliance and data strategies with organizational goals.
