Job summary

Decision Lens seeks a Chief Product & Technology Officer to lead product, design, and engineering, shaping the platform roadmap for government-focused decision intelligence. The role combines hands-on architecture with executive leadership, driving strategy and execution while ensuring security and compliance across FedRAMP, CMMC, IL5/IL6, and DoD standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years building and shipping software products.
• 5+ years leading combined product and engineering organizations at VP, SVP, or C-level.
• Direct P&L or major product line accountability with a track record of improving retention and ARR.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product and technology roadmap across decision science, data, applications, AI and emerging tech.
• Lead and develop Product, Design, and Engineering teams; set high performance standards and recruit senior talent.
• Maintain fluency in customer missions across defense, civilian, and SLED markets to drive growth and leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, and Finance to connect product investment to ARR growth and retention.
• Ensure the platform meets government requirements (FedRAMP, CMMC, IL5/IL6, DoD standards) and manage release and risk.
