Job summary

CareMessage is seeking a senior leader to guide product, design, engineering, data, and user research efforts. You will set the strategy, grow a 30+ person team, and allocate resources to improve health equity, maintain competitiveness, and manage technical debt.

You will own adoption and intellectual property, partnering with the Chief Growth Officer on pricing and packaging, and oversee technical partnerships and infrastructure. This role also focuses on building a strong succession bench.

• Strong track record shaping product strategy and technology roadmaps.
• Proven ability to balance growth, equity outcomes, and technical debt management.
