This role partners with the President, COO, Growth, and Delivery leaders to shape customer strategy and expand market presence.

The position follows a hybrid schedule with on-site Tuesdays and Thursdays; remote work on other days as business needs allow.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive Federal leadership experience.
• Experience leading large technology modernization or digital transformation.
• Proven ability to build executive-level customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of cloud, DevSecOps, Agile, cybersecurity, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic vision for Defense & National Security business.
• Build executive relationships with government customers and partners.
• Provide leadership for delivery, performance, and financial results.
• Shape opportunities with Growth, capture strategies, and proposals.
• Oversee enterprise programs (Big Data/AI) and mission systems.
