Job summary

Lexitas seeks a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead the technology product strategy across its legal support services. You will shape the technology roadmap, drive innovation, and mentor the R&D team from a remote-centered role with occasional collaboration at our Houston office.

This executive role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance expertise, plus experience delivering SaaS products.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead technology strategy and innovation at an executive level.
• Strong understanding of technology solutions within legal services, professional services, SaaS, or related industries.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proven experience serving as CTO or similar executive leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's technology product strategy and vision.
• Oversee the lifecycle management of technology products and platforms.
• Identify and implement solutions to improve service delivery and efficiency.
