Job summary
SHRM seeks a Head of Product Strategy & Portfolio to drive SHRM's product portfolio strategy, incubation, and governance. You will translate business priorities into actionable plans, lead portfolio reviews, and provide executive-level investment recommendations to support growth and long-term value.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree. Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, strategy, or portfolio management.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and evolution of SHRM’s product portfolio strategy.
- Translate priorities into actionable portfolio plans and investment recommendations.
- Oversee portfolio governance, decision frameworks, and performance criteria.
- Lead portfolio reviews and advise on investments, consolidations, or sunsetting.
- Guide product incubation, validation, and business-case development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align product initiatives with strategy.
