Job summary

Citi is seeking a Head of Product Strategy, Research & Partner Engagement in New York to define the DCX roadmap and translate customer needs into prioritized product initiatives. This senior leader will guide a team that blends customer insights, market intelligence, and performance data to drive product innovation and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product strategy, digital product mgmt, or related fields in financial services or tech.
• Experience shaping strategic plans and influencing investments with data-driven insights.
• Proven track record guiding senior execs and aligning large matrixed teams.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into prioritized product roadmaps.
• Expertise in digital product development and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Strategy, Research & Partner Engagement (15–20 people).
• Develop forward-looking strategy framework and identify market opportunities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and their impact on CX and product innovation.
• Serve as strategic interface between DCX and key partners (Branded Cards, Marketing, Risk, Operations, Wealth, Retail).
• Lead governance forums and executive engagement routines.
• Drive customer research programs using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Oversee competitive intelligence and market monitoring.
• Support executive communications and board-level materials.
