Capital One seeks a Senior Business Manager in Product Strategy to drive the CDX agenda for consumer and developer platforms. You will partner with senior leaders, translate strategic questions into actionable plans, and help shape roadmaps that power digital experiences at scale.

You will lead cross‑functional work with product, engineering, and data teams, driving innovation, analytics, and change management across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of quantitative analysis experience.
• Minimum 3 years of qualitative analysis experience.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.
• At least 1 year of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual CDX strategy.
• Partner with CDX leaders to answer strategic questions using a consulting‑style model.
• Lead priority strategic initiatives for CDX, such as AI transformation.
• Provide analytics, landscape assessments, and deep dives to anticipate trends.
• Set the vision for long‑term product innovation with engineering collaboration.
• Foster trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the company.
• Develop and deliver trainings to enhance CDX capabilities.
• Model AI adoption to improve efficiency, quality, and impact.
