Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Business Manager, Product Strategy within the CDX organization in New York, NY. You will lead cross‑functional teams to shape the CDX strategy, work with product and engineering on prototypes, and partner with leaders to solve complex strategic questions that impact the customer and business outcomes.

You will guide analytics, landscape assessments, and deep dives, driving long‑term product innovations while maintaining high customer satisfaction and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 3 years of quantitative analysis experience.
• At least 3 years of qualitative analysis experience.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.
• At least 1 year of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual CDX strategy and align with senior CDX leadership.
• Partner with CDX leaders to answer strategic questions using a consulting-style model.
• Drive priority CDX initiatives including AI transformation.
• Provide analytics, landscape assessments and deep dives to anticipate trends.
• Define long‑term product innovation and partner with engineering on prototypes.
• Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the company.
• Model AI adoption to improve efficiency, quality and engagement.
