Job summary

BitDelta group seeks a Head of Product & PMO to lead monetisation and delivery excellence across crypto and traditional assets, driving revenue growth and scalable product innovation. You will own product P&L, shape monetisation, and implement a structured PMO framework to ensure disciplined execution globally.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define pricing strategies, optimise liquidity, and drive user growth while aligning initiatives with business goals and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years’ experience in product management and/or programme/project management.
• Proven track record of owning product P&L and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms, market structures, and monetisation strategies.
• Experience establishing or managing PMO functions and delivery frameworks.
• Strong data-driven mindset with analytical and decision-making capability.
• Experience leading high-performing product and project teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute monetisation strategy across all trading products to align with business goals and market positioning.
• Own the full product P&L across crypto and traditional asset offerings, driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Establish and lead PMO, implementing governance, processes, and reporting for timely delivery.
• Drive user growth, activation, engagement, and retention across product lines.
• Design and refine pricing, fees, and liquidity structures to balance competitiveness and revenue.
• Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance and optimize delivery through experimentation.
• Collaborate with Trading, Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution.
• Support global expansion by adapting strategies for regions while maintaining consistency.
