Job summary

Monex International Markets seeks a visionary Chief Product Officer to define and execute our global product strategy across markets and segments. This executive reports to the CEO and leads global PMO, platform convergence, and go-to-market excellence to maximize client value and EBIT.

The CPO will oversee product teams, drive innovative revenue streams, and partner with Front Office and Compliance to ensure scalable, compliant growth across Washington DC, London, and Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management, payments, FX, or transaction banking leadership.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across regions and functions.
• Experience building and scaling fintech product portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Define and own global product strategy, roadmap, and EBIT targets.
• Lead platform convergence of FXO and FXDB into a unified platform.
• Oversee PMO governance, budgeting, and benefit tracking.
• Partner with Sales, Front Office, Compliance, Legal and Risk on launches.
• Drive GTM, pricing, and post-launch performance analysis.
