Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for synthetic financing and Delta One-related offerings.
• Partner with Trading, Sales, and Client Coverage teams to identify market opportunities and enhance the client experience.
• Translate business requirements into actionable product and technology initiatives.
• Lead the development and implementation of new product capabilities and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with technology teams throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation and release.
• Drive front-to-back process improvements spanning execution, financing, risk management, collateral, and post-trade functions.
• Work closely with global stakeholders to support platform standardization and strategic transformation initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, client demand, and competitive developments to inform product strategy.
