Job summary

Blockworks is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a meaningful area of our product portfolio. You will manage three Product Managers and shape strategy by aligning customer needs with company objectives.

You will work closely with design and engineering to break large bets into deliverable releases and iterate rapidly based on feedback. You will build and mentor PMs, maintain a strong customer focus, and leverage your experience with enterprise software and crypto markets to drive product

Qualifications

4+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years directly managing Product Managers.
Experience building enterprise software for sophisticated customers.
Comfort with APIs, data models, integrations and other technical product considerations.
Proven ability to own a meaningful product area from discovery through launch.

Responsibilities

Own a meaningful area of Blockworks' product portfolio and manage three Product Managers.
Develop product strategy by turning customer needs and market opportunities into priorities.
Spend time with exchanges, institutional investors, enterprises, and crypto companies to build customer intuition.
Improve product discovery, prioritization, and internal processes to accelerate shipping.
Break ambitious ideas into focused releases and iterate based on user feedback.
