Job summary

Solventum Health Information Systems, Inc. is seeking a Chief Product Owner to lead Agile product management for outpatient and inpatient quality products.

You will define the long-term vision, align roadmaps with regulatory and customer needs, and collaborate with leadership, data science, and technology teams to deliver strong quality outcomes. Remote USA position with no travel; travel onboarding may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university; or high school diploma with 11 years of healthcare/business experience.
• Five (5) years working in/with hospitals in all aspects of revenue cycle including physician documentation, CDI, Quality and coding.
• Three (3) years working with Solventum Physician, CDI, Quality or Coding solutions and services.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the long-term vision and roadmap for outpatient/inpatient Quality products.
• Lead product lifecycle from ideation through implementation and optimization.
