Job summary

Solventum seeks an experienced Quality Product Leader to define and own the outpatient/inpatient Quality product portfolio. You will align strategies with regulatory requirements, market trends, and stakeholder needs, driving lifecycle management from ideation to optimization.

You will serve as a liaison between leadership, tech teams, and executives, establishing KPIs and dashboards to track ROI and outcomes, while leveraging data insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed before start date.
• 11 years healthcare experience or related field if no degree.
• 8 years of Documentation Integrity in clinical, quality and coding.
• 5 years in hospitals across revenue cycle including physician documentation, CDI, Quality and coding.
• 3 years working with Solventum Physician, CDI, Quality or Coding solutions and services.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for outpatient/inpatient Quality products and capabilities.
• Align product strategies with regulatory requirements, customer needs, and market trends.
• Act as the owner of the Quality product portfolio for Solventum and industry quality methodologies such as AHRQ, Elixhauser, HCCs, CMS star and others.
• Lead product lifecycle management from ideation through implementation and optimization.
• Ensure product roadmaps support evolving business for the quality portfolio requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, business stakeholders, technology teams, and executive sponsors.
• Facilitate alignment and decision-making across cross-functional teams.
• Communicate product vision, priorities, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback into product planning and execution.
• Define and manage product epics, features, and user stories.
• Ensure Agile teams maintain a clear understanding of business priorities and expected outcomes.
• Define quality outcome metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
• Leverage data analytics to identify ROI outcome trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor product performance and value realization.
• Use customer and operational insights to inform product decisions.
