Job summary

Circana is seeking an exceptional product leader to define and commercialize the industry’s leading Retail Media solutions. This leader will shape RMN measurement, advertiser effectiveness, and AI-powered commerce insights across a scalable framework and products.

You will partner with data science and engineering, lead cross-functional teams, and communicate with executive clients and retailers. Circana offers a collaborative environment with growth opportunities in Chicago or NYC.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years in Product Management, Analytics, AdTech, MarTech or Retail Media.
• Proven success launching enterprise data, measurement or analytics products.
• Strong executive presence and customer-facing leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline; MBA, MS or PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, roadmap, investment strategy, and commercialization.
• Lead products spanning lift measurement, benchmarking, media optimization, audience targeting, CRM, AI insights, and analytics.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to operationalize audience segmentation and targeting.
• Build scalable self-service experiences and ecosystem integrations.
• Influence executive clients, retailers, and strategic partners.
• Recruit and develop world-class product talent.
