Circana is seeking an exceptional product leader to build and commercialize the industry's leading Retail Media solutions. This role defines the future of RMN measurement, advertiser effectiveness, Audience Targeting, and AI-powered commerce intelligence.

It will establish a scalable media framework and products for CRM, targeting, measurement, and optimization. The leader will own the vision, roadmap, and commercialization, guiding products across lift measurement, benchmarking, and analytics

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years in Product Management, Analytics, AdTech, MarTech or Retail Media.
• Proven success launching enterprise data, measurement or analytics products.
• Strong executive presence and customer-facing leadership.

Responsabilités

• Own vision, roadmap, investment strategy, and commercialization.
• Lead products spanning lift measurement, benchmarking, media optimization, audience targeting, CRM, AI insights, and analytics.
• Lead integration of additional measurement capabilities like Market Mix Modeling (MMM).
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to operationalize audience segmentation, targeting, incrementality, causal inference, and AI.
• Build scalable self-service experiences and ecosystem integrations.
• Influence executive clients, retailers, and strategic partners.
• Recruit and develop world-class product talent.
