Job summary

Circana is seeking a Senior Director, Commerce Sales & Growth to expand its Commerce business across retail media networks, platforms, and partners. You will own a portfolio of priority relationships, develop account strategy, manage the pipeline, and drive revenue growth.

This consultative role blends strategy and execution, requiring a clear client perspective and the ability to connect client needs to Circana’s measurement, data, analytics, and technology capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consultative sales, business development, strategic partnerships, account growth, or related fields.
• Proven success as a senior individual contributor leading complex B2B sales cycles and growing strategic accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships, uncover business needs, shape opportunities, negotiate agreements, and close.
• Strong commercial judgment including pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning.
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills for executive narratives and proposals.
• Ability to translate measurement, data, technology concepts into client value.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience in retail media, commerce/measurement or data solutions is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth for an assigned portfolio with pipeline, renewals, expansion, and revenue goals.
• Lead strategic client relationships with senior decision-makers across networks, platforms, agencies, brands, and partners.
• Develop account growth plans and defined growth plays with defined next steps.
• Create and advance opportunities from discovery to close.
• Sell consultatively by tying client challenges to Circana’s solutions.
• Build executive-ready narratives, proposals, and business cases.
• Maintain pipeline and forecast discipline in Dynamics and leadership reporting.
• Drive renewal and expansion strategies with account management.
• Scale repeatable approaches and capture proof points across Circana’s Commerce organization.
• Represent Circana in market through senior client engagement and partnerships.
