Job summary

Reporting across Legal, Compliance, IT, Information Security, Digital, and business teams, this leader will shape privacy strategy and champion responsible data practices across a global organization. You will oversee regulatory compliance, risk assessments, AI governance, third‑party reviews, training, and

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with license to practice.
• At least 10 years leading privacy, data protection, or technology-law programs.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. and international privacy laws and regulations (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA).
• Experience developing AI governance frameworks and responsible AI programs.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise privacy, data protection, and governance programs across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with global privacy, cybersecurity, data protection, and AI regulations.
• Advise leadership on regulatory impact, risk, and governance.
• Partner with Legal, IT, and business units to embed Privacy by Design and responsible data practices.
• Represent the company with regulators and industry groups.
