Helix is seeking a Head of Pharmacogenomics to define the growth strategy for its PGx business, aligning with health systems and health plans to drive adoption of pharmacogenomics in clinical practice. You will shape the product roadmap and ROI models, ensuring PGx capabilities are integrated into care pathways and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Pharmacogenomics, precision medicine, clinical digital health, or a related product/commercial role in PGx or precision medicine.
• Experience leading enterprise conversations with health-system or health-plan executives and building a clear clinical/economic case for adoption.
• Strong understanding of EHR integration, clinical decision support, and physician/pharmacist workflows.
• Ability to translate customer/clinical needs into product priorities and commercial strategies.
• Clear, credible communicator across clinical, commercial, product, and technical teams.
• AI tools to synthesize literature, model ROI, and accelerate customer deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Own the PGx business mandate and growth strategy across health systems and health plans.
• Develop and communicate ROI models demonstrating PGx value across fee-for-service and risk-bearing arrangements.
• Represent Helix in conversations with health-system and health-plan executives, pharmacy leaders, and clinical teams to design and deploy enterprise PGx programs.
• Shape the product roadmap to include EHR-embedded CDS, patient identification, drug-gene interaction alerting, and pharmacist workflows.
• Guide commercial direction by partnering with Marketing and Business Development to align customer priorities with PGx value proposition.
• Interpret clinical and market insights to identify new product and business opportunities.
