Job summary

Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) is seeking a seasoned Lead Pharmacogenomics to drive a national precision medicine program. You will provide strategic leadership, clinical implementation expertise, and stakeholder engagement across physicians, pharmacists, laboratory staff, and healthcare administrators.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related healthcare field and healthcare project management experience.
• Experience implementing clinical pathways, processes, or workflows with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with pharmacogenomics principles and evidence-based guidelines (CPIC, PharmGKB, DPWG, FDA labeling).
• Ability to design and implement scalable clinical pathways and decision support.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacogenomics initiatives across sites and virtual environments.
• Oversee design and implementation of clinical pathways, workflows, and toolkits.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, pharmacists, and lab staff.
• Review pharmacogenomic information and implications for care.
• Collaborate with SMEs to drive PGx-related initiatives and consensus.
• Support development and optimization of clinical decision support tools.
• Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes for timely delivery.
• Advise on best practices for clinical integration and sustainable program adoption.
