Job summary

Rally House, a growing multi-unit retailer, seeks a Vice President of Human Resources to lead people strategy and HR operations. You will partner with executive leadership to attract, develop, and retain talent, and to scale people systems across the store network.

This role builds leadership capability, aligns talent with business objectives, ensures legal compliance, and protects Rally House’s culture as the company expands its nationwide footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
• 12–15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in multi-unit or consumer-facing settings.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align the organization’s people strategy with long-term business goals and growth plans.
• Establish KPIs for HR and talent management and assess performance against metrics.
• Develop scalable talent strategies for store expansion and leadership development.
• Lead succession planning and strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
• Oversee organizational design and workforce planning to support growth.
• Drive change management and ensure consistent leadership standards across markets.
• Promote Rally House culture and provide guidance on employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, HR systems, and compliance programs.
