Job summary

Moatable is seeking a strategic Vice President of Human Resources to lead our global HR function and partner with the CEO and executive teams. You will shape people strategy to scale the business while preserving an entrepreneurial culture and focus on talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and compliance.

As an executive leader, you will build scalable HR programs, drive leadership development, and measure people metrics to inform decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including executive-level.
Experience leading HR strategy in a high-growth technology or global organization.
Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership on organizational design and talent strategy.
Develop and execute a long-term people strategy aligned with Moatable's business objectives and growth plans.
Lead global HR programs across talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
Partner with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and leadership development.
Oversee HR operations, policies, and data analytics to drive scalable processes.
