Job summary

Steak n Shake is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead enterprise-wide HR strategy across corporate and restaurant operations. This executive will oversee talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, and HR operations.

• Minimum 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility.
• Significant experience in multi-unit consumer business (restaurant/retail/hospitality).
