Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience leading people and programs.
• Strategic thinker who can stay hands-on when needed.
• Proven experience building and leading an HR team across talent, development, retention, and relations.
• Strong business acumen translating objectives into people strategies in a growing org.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with leaders and staff.
• Experience influencing executives and navigating complex challenges.
• Willingness to travel ~10% and be highly visible on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute Anchor’s people strategy, including organizational design, workforce planning, compensation, employee relations, defining, building, and strengthening Anchor’s culture, and other significant people decisions.
• Lead the HR work associated with acquisitions, including due diligence, organizational and workforce assessment and employee integration.
• Develop and implement scalable talent, training, and development programs for plant and corporate employees.
• Evolve compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain talent while maintaining internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Partner closely with Anchor's Safety function to reinforce a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee core HR functions, including compensation, benefits, policies, employee relations, employment compliance, HR administration, and HR systems.
• Continuously improve scalable HR policies and processes across locations and growth.
• Establish and monitor HR KPIs and report trends to leadership for improvement.
• Develop and manage the HR departmental budget.
