Job summary

True North Goodwill Northern Minnesota and No is seeking a strategic Vice President of Human Resources to guide all HR functions for ~300 employees. You will partner with the CEO and C-suite to shape people strategy, leadership development, and workforce planning, ensuring a high-performing, compliant HR operation that supports organizational goals.

You will lead a small HR team, oversee compensation and benefits, and drive organizational change while maintaining a strong focus on culture,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 10+ years progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience leading HR in a multi-site organization with frontline workforce.
• Experience advising a CEO and executive team; coaching senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with mission and workforce needs.
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, HR systems, analytics, and budget.
• Strengthen manager capability, engagement, performance, and culture.
• Provide executive oversight of complex employee relations matters and investigations.
