Job summary

Orbital is seeking a senior People leader to shape and execute the company’s People strategy as we scale. You will partner with the COO and CEO, leading a UK-based and US-based team and driving the People function across geographies to support rapid growth.

You will set organizational design, performance management, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and talent development, ensuring alignment with business goals and the US market context.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading a senior People function.
• Sits at the leadership table and influences business decisions.
• Strong commercial instincts and understanding of business impact.
• Fluency with US market compensation norms and labor frameworks.
• Experience scaling organizations across multiple geographies.
• Ability to translate business context into a people strategy.
