Range is seeking a Head of People to own the full People strategy as we scale. This role partners with the CEO and executive team to build a high-functioning People organization, setting hiring standards, development programs, and organizational effectiveness.

You will design scalable systems and serve as a trusted advisor on performance, leadership, and culture. You will lead through complexity, balance business needs with culture and risk, and ensure Range’s values scale with the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead high-growth HR functions.
• Experience building scalable People systems and processes.
• Strong judgment and decision-making in complex people matters.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Range’s People strategy to support rapid growth.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership on org design and workforce planning.
• Build and lead the internal HR team with clear ownership and operating rhythms.
• Design and operate performance management, calibration, and manager enablement.
