Job summary

Creative Builders, a Greenville, SC-based general contractor, seeks a director to shape culture and talent strategy. As Director of Coworkers and Culture, you’ll partner with executives to attract, develop, and retain top talent while aligning people initiatives with business goals.

You’ll lead culture, engagement, and workforce planning, drive recruiting, and create programs that grow leaders and strengthen our high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Previous senior-level HR leadership experience.
• Construction industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
