Harding, Shymanski & Co., P.S.C. in Louisville, KY seeks a strategic VP of People and Culture to shape the employee experience and lead the firm\'s people strategy.

This executive role will attract, develop, and retain talent to drive growth and client service excellence. The successful candidate will translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, advise leadership on culture and organizational design, and build career paths, performance and onboarding programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years HR or people leadership experience, including leading a team.
• Demonstrated experience building people strategy or culture initiatives at the organizational level.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification is a plus, not required.
• Experience in professional services or a partner-driven organization is a plus.
