You will partner with the CEO to shape workforce strategy, leadership capability, and culture in a lean, entrepreneurial environment. The role is hands-on and focused on core People operations, HRIS/payroll, benefits, and compliance, with responsibility for organization design, talent acquisition, and succession planning to

Qualifications

• Progressive People/HR leadership experience with broad ownership across the employee lifecycle in a small or mid-sized business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full People & Culture lifecycle across U.S. employees and globally distributed contractors, partnering with the CEO and leadership team to shape organization, workforce, leadership capability, and culture.
• Own core People operations, including HRIS/payroll, benefits, compliance, employee records, policies, and lifecycle processes.
• Build scalable People infrastructure and determine what should be owned internally, automated, outsourced, or delegated as we grow.
• Coach leaders and managers through performance, leadership, organizational, and employee challenges to strengthen CK's management capability.
