Job summary

Prime Intellect AI is hiring a Head of People Operations to build and scale the people function from the ground up as the company grows rapidly. You will directly partner with the founders to shape compensation, equity, and organizational design while ensuring a thoughtful, people-first approach across the business.

You will lead talent acquisition for G&A, growth, and marketing roles, collaborate with our internal talent team, and help attract exceptional people who will push frontier research

Qualifications

• Built and scaled People teams from scratch at a startup.
• Shaped performance and compensation programs that leaders actually use.
• Personally sourced and closed G&A, growth, or marketing hires.

Responsibilities

• Shape our approach to performance, development, and reviews to help ambitious people grow.
• Partner with founders, finance, and talent on compensation, equity, leveling, and progression as the company scales.
• Help leaders build teams, develop managers, and think about organization design and retention.
• Source and close G&A, growth, and marketing hires with our internal talent team and scale it.
• Lead and scale People Ops as we hire our first People Operations Coordinator and build onboarding, employee experience, and day-to-day operations.
• Be a trusted partner to employees and leaders with warmth, discretion, and good judgement.
