Job summary

Prime Intellect, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Head of People Operations to shape and scale our people function in San Francisco, partnering directly with the founders. This role will build the org from the ground up and shape how we recruit, reward, and develop our people.

You will lead performance, compensation, and talent strategy, personally source key hires, and ensure a best-in-class employee experience as we grow rapidly. Visa sponsorship and relocation support offered.

Qualifications

• Built People teams and organizational foundations from scratch at a startup.
• Shaped performance and compensation approaches that leaders use.
• Personally sourced and closed strong G&A, growth, or marketing hires.
• Comfortable with founders, making thoughtful calls with incomplete information.
• Deeply excited by our mission to build open superintelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale People Ops as we grow, partnering with founders on people strategy.
• Own compensation, equity, leveling, and progression as the company scales.
• Develop managers, design organization structure, and improve retention.
• Source and close G&A, growth, and marketing hires with internal team support.
• Build onboarding, employee experience, and day-to-day People operations.
