Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Parent Relations Director to own family relationships on campus, lead difficult conversations with confidence, and protect the coaching partnership with Guides. You will drive community-building, partnerships, and growth aligned to campus phase goals, ensuring families feel supported and informed throughout enrollment and beyond.

You will collaborate with Guides, manage real-time judgments in ambiguous situations, and own outcomes from launch to mature campuses, including

Qualifications

5+ years personally owning high-trust relationships with families, clients, donors, or members, where your judgment and follow-through changed retention or advocacy.
Willing to own school growth and admissions follow-through when campus phase calls for it.
Excellent communication with affluent, high-expectation families.

Responsibilities

Own every family relationship on campus and lead hard conversations to deliver clear decisions.
Operate as the parent-facing co-leader alongside your Guides and protect coaching relationships.
Make real-time calls in ambiguous student and family situations and route high-risk matters immediately.
Build the campus community: traditions, parent networks, and local partnerships with defined outcomes.
Own growth contribution for your campus phase, including admissions follow-through to enrollment or retention and referrals.
