Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Parent Relations Director to lead the parent-facing side of a leadership partnership with Guides. You will own trust, retention, and advocacy of families, and manage real-time judgment calls across campus growth and admissions follow-through.

Based in one of several campuses, you will work on on-site requirements, handle high-stakes conversations, and build a thriving parent community while collaborating with Guides to protect authority and support student success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning high-trust relationships with families, clients, donors, or members.
• Ability to make decisive calls in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication with affluent, high-expectation families.

Responsibilities

• Lead the parent-facing relationship with families and Guides.
• Own trust, retention, and advocacy of every current family.
• Manage campus growth contributions and admissions follow-through.
• Coordinate with Guides to protect coaching relationships with students.
• Build campus community life and partner with local networks.
