Alpha School is hiring a Parent Relations Director to lead the parent-facing side of a leadership partnership with guides. You will own relationships with every family on campus, resolve concerns, and defend Alpha's model in conversations with skeptical relatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning high-trust relationships with families or donors.
• Ability to make real-time judgments in ambiguous situations.
• Strong boundaries and ability to say no with reasoning.
• Clear, concise communication with affluent families.
• Experience partnering with educators or guides.
• Willingness to relocate or live near campus.

Responsabilités

• Own every family's relationship and lead hard conversations.
