Job summary

Alpha School seeks a Parent Relations Director to own family relationships on campus, lead difficult conversations, and partner with Guides to protect authority and coaching. You will anticipate needs, make decisive calls, and own outcomes in alignment with campus growth goals.

Live within commuting distance to specified campuses and be ready to lead retention, referrals, and community development as Alpha scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning high-trust relationships with families or similar stakeholders.
• Ability to make tough, clear decisions and stand by them.
• Willingness to relocate within 60 days to listed campuses.

Responsibilities

• Own every family relationship on campus and lead hard conversations to resolution.
• Act as parent-facing co-leader alongside Guides, aligning before/after sensitive conversations.
• Make real-time calls in ambiguous situations and route high-risk matters appropriately.
• Build campus community through events, networks, and partnerships.
• Own campus growth contributions according to campus phase (launch, growth, or mature).
