Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner for the San Francisco retail region. You will align HR strategies with business objectives, coach leaders, and manage core functions including performance, succession, employee relations, and compliance across multi‑unit stores.

You’ll collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and use analytics to improve organizational effectiveness while upholding Sephora values and culture.

Qualifications

• Progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience, retail/multi-unit preferred.
• Strong business partner with leadership influence and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with field leaders to align HR plans with business goals across retail regions.
• Lead performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and data-driven decisions.
• Coach managers on people decisions, change management, and investigations.
• Support regional HR programs, training logistics, and projects.
