Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a strategic Vice President of Operations to lead a growing multi-state 3PL network, overseeing warehousing, distribution, fulfillment and value-added services.

The role requires hands-on leadership, P&L accountability, and a proven track record of profitability, safety, and operational excellence. On-site in Bowling Green, KY with regional travel is supported.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive operations leadership in 3PL/warehousing.
• 5+ years leading multi-site ops via directors or regional leaders.
• Proven full P&L responsibility across multiple facilities.
• Experience driving profitability, safety, and productivity.
• Experience launching facilities and managing growth.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, labor management, and KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning.
• Willing to work on-site in Bowling Green, KY with regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and logistics across six states.
• Develop Directors of Operations, Operations Excellence, and Safety.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility, focusing on profitability and efficiency.
• Establish SOPs, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive safety, inventory accuracy, customer service, and retention.
• Lead new facility startups and customer implementations.
• Partner with Sales on growth, pricing, and planning.
• Utilize WMS, EDI, and reporting to improve visibility and decisions.
• Implement labor management strategies and cost-saving measures.
• Build leadership pipeline through coaching and development.
• Ensure compliance with safety regs and customer requirements.
• Participate in executive budgeting and capital investments.
