Girls Inc. of Boston and Lynn seeks a Chief Operations Officer to lead enterprise-wide operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure high-quality program delivery across Boston, Lynn, and surrounding regions. This executive reports to the CEO and collaborates with the board.

The COO will oversee finance, facilities, technology, people, and compliance, guiding expansion and building scalable systems in a hybrid work environment to advance the organization’s mission.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in leading nonprofit, youth development, education, or comparable leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or 14 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Experience supervising senior leaders and managing through other managers.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Experience with regulated youth programming or childcare preferred.
• Ability to partner with the CEO, Board, development leaders, and external stakeholders.

• Lead expansion strategies and staffing to support growth.
• Provide executive leadership, coaching, and performance management.
