Qualifications

• Advanced Degree in the human service or related field.
• At least 10 years of demonstrated leadership/management experience in a community behavioral health setting.
• Strong working knowledge of budgeting, business development and strategic planning for a non-profit organization.
• Proven experience as a senior leader with operations management, process optimization, technology integration, cross-functional collaboration, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Operational Planning: develop and execute Thrive's operational strategy to drive growth and efficiency.
• Operational Efficiency & Process Optimization: design and optimize scalable processes and reduce costs.
• Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: mentor cross-functional teams across operations, IT, and customer service.
• Risk Management & Compliance: ensure compliance with legal/regulatory standards and implement risk strategies.
• Technology & Systems Management: adopt technologies to enhance analytics and decision-making.
• Financial Oversight & Budgeting: work with CFO to manage operations budget and financial goals.
• Customer Experience & Quality Assurance: oversee service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Change Management & Growth Support: lead organizational growth initiatives and scalability.
