Girls Inc. of Boston and Lynn seeks a Chief Operations Officer to lead organizational operations and program delivery. This hybrid, full-time role reports to the CEO and supervises program directors, ensuring alignment with mission and growth across Boston and Lynn.

The COO will drive strategic implementation, financial health, and staff development, collaborating with the CEO and Board to enhance impact and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in nonprofit management, business, public administration, or related field.
• 14 years of relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in nonprofit, youth development, education, or human services.
• Experience supervising senior leaders and managing through other managers; strong financial acumen and resource allocation.

Responsabilités

• Translate strategic plan into annual priorities, operating plans, measurable goals, and accountabilities.
• Lead implementation of organizational strategy and establish operating rhythms across departments.
• Oversee financial health, budgeting, controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise program directors and establish consistent expectations for management and accountability.
• Lead growth, expansion, and integration of programs across Boston and Lynn.
