Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a strategic Vice President of Operations to lead a growing multi-site 3PL and warehousing network. This executive will oversee profitability, leadership development, and continuous improvement across warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and value-added services.

The role requires hands-on, results-driven leadership with multi-site experience and a proven ability to build high-performing teams while driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in 3PL, warehousing, distribution, or related field.
• 5+ years overseeing multi-site operations through directors or senior leadership teams.
• Proven experience managing full P&L across multiple facilities.
• Track record of improving profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience launching new facilities or managing growth across locations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multi-site warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and logistics operations across six states.
• Manage and develop Directors of Operations, Operations Excellence, and Safety.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility, focusing on profitability, cost control, labor productivity, and efficiency.
• Establish SOPs, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive improvements in safety, inventory accuracy, customer service, and employee retention.
• Lead new facility startups, customer implementations, and expansions.
• Collaborate with Sales and executive leadership on growth, pricing, and planning.
• Utilize WMS/EDI and reporting to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Implement labor management strategies and productivity standards.
• Build leadership pipelines through coaching and development.
